Using the CETRIS® cement-bonded particleboards it is possible to make a new flooring structure or improve acoustic and heat insulating parameters of the existing flooring structure in a quick and cheap manner. CETRIS® boards are successfully used as floor boards in sanitation of old wooden floors, as a bearing layer placed on beams or in the system of lightweight laminated floors. Together with heat insulating materials the boards create a flooring structure with the necessary insulating properties and fire protection. Thanks to its heat conductivity this kind of flooring system allows for various types of floor heating systems.
The principle of floors lies in the establishment of homogeneous spread layer made of CETRIS® cement-bonded particleboards using:
- boards with tongue and groove in one layer (thickness ≥16mm)
- boards with blunt edge in two layers (min. thickness 2x12mm)
The spread layer may be placed on a surface bearing base or on beams and grids, see:

Floors of CETRIS® cement-bonded particleboards:
- new construction of residential and civil buildings
- reconstruction and sanitation of buildings
- floors in superstructures and attic additions
- mounted buildings
- office, administration and school premises
- and others
Advantages of CETRIS® cement-bonded particleboard floors:
- simple and fast mounting without any wet processes
- low surface mass of the flooring structure
- excellent sound and heat insulating ability of lightweight laminated floors
- ability to level out different height levels
- possibility to combine various systems of floors as needed (different values of utility load)
- the floor is able to be walked on immediately after mounting
- possibility to use a wide range of flooring materials
