Cement-bonded Particleboards

CETRIS^® cement-bonded particleboard may be used in the structures of sloped roofs where it is always used as decking of the bearing structure (trusses, trapezodials) and, simultaneously, as a bearer of the roofing structure or even the roofing itself. When setting the thickness of the CETRIS^® board it is necessary to take into account the following:

for sloped roofs:

• weight of roofing
• weight of snow depending on the snow areas set for the individual countries
• mounting load (1kN/m2)
• with axis distance of trusses, or top waves of the trapezodial sheet metal

for flat roofs:

• weight of roofing
• weight of snow depending on the snow areas set for the individual countries
• mounting load (1kN/m2)
• with axis distance of trusses, or top waves of the trapezodial sheet metal
• fire resistance

The design of bearing boards of the decking must be checked by the designer of the bearing structure (static engineer) as per setting the load, structural solution (in terms of placement and joining of boards to supports, etc.) and correct use of dimensioning tables.
