CETRIS® cement-bonded particleboards are placed on wooden shipping platforms allowing handling with a forklift. The boards are fixed to the platform using a banding in a crosswise manner; longitudinal banding is possible upon the customer's request.
Against weather conditions the boards are protected with a PE foil packaging. Such packaging does not allow the goods to be stored outside and exposed to weather conditions for a long period of time. CETRIS® cement-bonded particleboards should be stored in covered and dry premises in order to prevent the boards from getting wet before mounting to structures. It is possible to store several layers of CETRIS® board pallets of the same size stacked up, however, up to max. 5 layers.
When handling the CETRIS boards should be placed on a platform. If stored differently the boards should be handled vertically. Likewise, any manual handling should be done exclusively in vertical position.
