In the permanent shuttering system the CETRIS® cement-bonded particleboards formprefab formwork elements. The variety of use of the permanent shuttering system is technically unlimited. The system of permanent shuttering is ideal for all bearing construction structures such as walls, ceilings, beams, columns, stairs as well as sloped walls, tilted ceilings and non-bearing separating walls and partitions.
The individual elements of the system (walling or ceiling panels) are pre-prepared in the production - they are adjusted to the required size, connected with a system of profiles and sheet metal elements. At the construction site the element is only stabilized and covered in concrete mix. Compared to the traditional methods of concreting using large area casing technology, this approach eliminates high costs of formwork preparation and its subsequent removal.
